If you are struggling to login to MyMove, check out some of the common issues below. . .


I have forgotten my password


It's really easy to reset your password online using this link


You will be asked for your bidding number, date of birth and the answer to the two 'secret questions' you gave when you set up your MyMove account.


I have never used MyMove, I was registered with FCHO


If you are an existing FCHO applicant, you can activate your MyMove account using this link


I cannot login using my e-mail address


If you have never logged in before using your e-mail address, try using your bidding number and password instead.


If this works, you need to update your contact details (from the Help and Support page) to include your e-mail address


I used to be able to login, but now I can't


This is usually because you have submit a Change of Circumstances form and this needs to be reassessed by a housing advisor. This can take up to 4 weeks but we will try to get through them quicker.
